At our pharmacy, we believe that good care doesn’t end when you walk out the door with your medication — it continues well after, eh! Our Prescription Follow-Up service is here to make sure you’re feeling well, staying on track, and getting the most out of your treatment.
A Friendly Check-In Within a few days of starting a new prescription, one of our pharmacists will kindly reach out — by phone, text, or in person, whichever you prefer — just to see how things are going. We’ll ask about how you’re feeling, whether you’ve noticed any side effects, and if you have any questions at all. No question is too small, we promise!
Reviewing Your Progress We’ll take a moment to go over your medication schedule with you, ensure everything is being taken as prescribed, and gently flag anything that might need a second look from your doctor. Your safety and comfort always come first.
Helping with Refills We know life gets busy. Our team will kindly remind you when it’s time for a refill, so you’re never caught without your medication. If anything has changed with your prescription, we’ll walk you through it, no rush at all.
Coordinating with Your Healthcare Team With your permission, we’re happy to liaise with your doctor or specialist to keep everyone on the same page. We want your care to feel seamless, not stressful.
Answering Your Questions, Anytime Have a concern between appointments? Please don’t hesitate to give us a call or drop by. Our pharmacists are always pleased to help, and there’s truly no such thing as a silly question.
